The following videos show Senator Eugene Fraise, Senator Jack Kibbie, Senator Tom Rielly, and Senator Tom Hancock giving their retirement speeches on the floor of the Iowa Senate on April 17. All four will be retiring at the conclusion of the current legislative session.
