COMMITTEE ACTION:
SSB 3069 amends the Iowa Code to include groundwater hazard statements on the list of documents that are exempt from recorded document formatting requirements.

SSB 3083 requires the county auditor to print either a summary of all resolutions or the complete text of resolutions adopted by the board of supervisors. Currently, the entire text of the resolution must be printed.
